See page 13 of your Operators manual. You still have the stabilizer pin in it's shipping position and that's likely what's causing some of your shaking.
@@HumbleAcres Oh I'm so glad I saw his comment, I was just about to say the same thing. You can see the pin in the video, you have it inserted, the grinder can't swing, so you can easily warp / break it because there is no relief on the pressure. I like your quick attach setup tho, I"m looking for one. Why didn't you go with the Woodland Mills Model? Its a bit cheaper, just curious if you knew about it, and chose this for a reason or if you just bought baumlight cuz its a name brand well known?
@@briansturner I am glad you guys saw this, I had no idea. luckily I haven't used it since making this video. I will make another video correcting my mistake eventually. I found this one on sale and available, that's why I went with it. Thanks for watching!!
Stum grinder works great for what you have and you well be able to take those trees out and reclaim the field for hay I no its a hobbie but to bring in a cash crop to pay for the things you are doing would be so great and on some hay feed you can get 3 cuttings sell to a rancher fuel costs seed fix buildings.
My lone reasons that I feel the larger one is better despite being double the price, is no stiff neck the next day. Also, the gearbox helps devour stumps faster.
You picked a good grinder …. Got mine 2 month ago …..! I love it!
Wow that was a big stump
With a good chain saw and the stump grinder I can see you having that old CRP field cleared in no time!👍👍💪💪
Awesome! Where was this device 40 yrs ago when I was clearing a hay field with my dad!! 😃
Try cutting from the right side of the stump to the left, it wont shake as much.
You need pin bushings to increase the diameter of your cat1 pins to fit the quick hitch larger diameter hooks which look to be cat2.
Just came across your channel and I really like your videos. Thanks for sharing this information.
Try starting on the other side of the stump. Teeth will grab less and stop that shaking.
Try taking your transport pins out. Might work better.
Would be smart to cut to ground level then grind . And star6 on other side of stump
I like the the little helpers
