Who did you book the condo through?
I'm not sure where in the world you are but we are in the UK and we booked as a package through Virgin Holidays. We have also booked through TUI in the past as well.
Thanks we're in the UK too. Looking at maybe booking a condo through Airbnb. The resort looks great though
