it's nice and straightforward, but also feels like it doesn't really know where it wants to go. Looking for someone, something, in some other place entirely, wandering through the world of empty dreams.
I didnt knew this song. Touhou 2 is the game I know the least. But this arrangment is lovely. It sounds really sweet and relaxing, yet a bit melaqncholic. I love it! amazing work!

I was not expecting a new release. Such a beautiful melody. Once again, I don't know why but your symphonic metal is so nice with these type of immotional songs (like eternal shrine maiden too), I never get tired of listening to it.

@@SinXNad Ah that's fair. Yeah I can see it being difficult, it sort of tries to keep rambling in a depressing way and that makes it hard to turn it into a powerful rock ballad or similar

I'm glad that you are still sticking around the Touhou fandoms, it is assuring to see a familiar name/profile picture amidst the rapidly-changing internet, let alone one that share a similar taste in Touhou music ^^ And I agree, this channel has the potential of a new TH remix star once enough exposure is gained.

@@yejianyue Very pleasant, indeed... There are quite a few names and faces I used to see all the time in the comment sections under Touhou remixes and covers that I haven't seen in a long time now... Ilyas Basuki for example. I used to run into that dude all the time, but I don't think I've seen him for a year or two now... Also quite a few remixers who seem to have fallen out of the Touhou fandom. I saw RichaadEB in the comment section under the unveiling of the ZUN x Toby Fox collab for Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost, but he hasn't done any Touhou covers himself for quite a while now... So, yes, it is very nice to see someone I recognize again, and here of all places. ^^
When did you find Sin X Nad? I've been around since their Pure Furies cover, but I don't think I've seen your comments down here before? (Though maybe I've just been listening to their covers and posting my comments before you? xD)
Well, I basically just opened my comment history and scrolled down for about 2-3 minutes or so. And then I just copy-pasted your username into the text search and it popped me right down to the last comment I sent you.
So, what's new since last we talked? Unconnected Marketeers was released just a week after our exchange. 100th Black Market, and Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost have also been released. Elden Ring has been released (and has won its well-deserved GOTY award).

We actually exchanged words for the first time over 4 years ago in the comment sections of some of the very first uploads of Jelly Stone where we talked about how, if there ever was a Touhou×FromSoft fangame, Eika would've been the logical stand-in for the Orphan of Kos... So, yeah, we go WAY back. xD
