Hi Pastor Mark, I agree with this prayer. I have always had trouble having a restful nights sleep. I toss and turn, wake up for no reason. I grind my teeth so bad in my sleep that I wear a mouth guard, and still wake up grinding my teeth so hard that it makes my jaws and teeth sore. This is every night. I make noises in my sleep like I'm fighting something, and it wakes me up. No peace at all in my sleep. I was diagnosed years ago with mild sleep apnea, that's where I hold my breath in my sleep, and wake up gasping for air.
I never really thought about it being spiritual until this video because I've been like this for so long. I believe if I could get some good sound sleep, I would feel so much better.
I want to be as free in my sleep as I am in my waking hours.
Pastor Mark, will you please pray? I want to be a whole woman, not tormented.
