Soo happy that Kelce was able to pick and train his replacement. That is creating a succession. I think jergins playing next to Kelce his first year was a big help
The media’s obsession with Tristan Wirfs had cost Lane so many 1st team All Pros that he deserved to have. Lane has consistently been a better RT than Wirfs.
I won't say that ever lol Jason is the greatest Center I have ever watched. BUT prospect wise, Creed Humphrey, Jackson Powers Johnson and Cam Jurgens are in their own class of prospects. I wouldn't be shocked to see Cam be a Top 5 Center his entire career.
@ Things changed on offense this year when the OL spoke to Sirriani and told him that they wanted to be a Run first offense. Same thing happened in 2017 when Lane and Kelce approached Pederson.
@@The_Football_ScoutIf it wasn’t from Jason’s mouth nobody would give it any thought, but because Jason said so I think we should acknowledge it and just keep watching as we are.
1:47 its not just jergens too, the entire oline and TE 88 WON on that play, absolutely perfect rep from everybody on the line to spring the backup rb through a huge hole
I think Cam is doing a great job for his first season starting at center. I think he just has to keep working on getting stronger. He had a little bit of a rough time against Dexter Lawrence who had him on skates a few times that game. But Lawrence is also a beast and one of the best in the league. I just think that's where you would see Kelce outshine Jurgens because he pretty much mastered his leverage against larger and stronger players later in his career. No reason Cam cant get there as well though.
Yeah, remember Kelce almost got benched in 2014-15. Cam is having a great start to his career. He doesn’t have the charisma that Kelce does but he’s filling Jason’s shoes really well on the field.
Not sure about Fred Johnson yet, he filled in acceptably at right tackle (the position he played in college), but struggled more when he had to fill in for left tackle. He also had more help with chip blocks from the TE than the normal starters. But Stoutland is working with him, so that’s a promising sign.
Beckton and Jurgens struggled to get hip to hip on doubles early on, mainly Beckton. But Beckton has gotten way more consistent as the season has gone on. Hopefully they resign him.
The craziest thing is: the left side of that line is the strongest and most powerful in the league. Most teams would counter that by stacking the left to stuff runs. Jurgens makes such a huge impact because he’s the tilt. He makes right side runs work and it keeps the defense honest.
I was worried when Frost changed him to center from edge rusher or dt but he was right. One of the only good decisions from frost as Nebraksa head coach.
Jurgens wow the ability to climb and turn is unbelievable! Also Barkley…wow how did the Eagles get this guy lol his patience, so powerful, fast, crazy football IQ
Honestly not surprised. When a player like Kelce recommends another player as a draft pick to take over for him and Howie listened. Thank you twice Jason! 🦅💪
I love how the Eagles front office allowed Kelce to help them find his replacement. Before the season, everyone was predicting a major drop-off with Cam in at center. The Eagles do it right when it comes to the O-Line!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🦅🦅🦅
Great job of highlighting Cam. I was one of those people who thought when Kelce retired, our Eagles were gonna feel it. Gotta agree with you, he is as good if not better than Jason. Ths O Line as a whole, absolutely the best I have seen in a LONG time. Saquon is having an MVP Season, but without that O line, not so much. Again, great job. 💪💪💪
You obviously haven't watched Creed Humphrey of the Chiefs. I told people before the Super Bowl two years ago that the Chiefs have better center than Kelce. His physical play sets the tone for the Chiefs, as the guy pancakes and goes bull dozing over opponents. Eagles fans doubted me before the Super Bowl, and then Creed and crew went and pushed the Eagles defense around all game. 145+ yards rushing and the Eagles so called great pass rush did nothing. Creed Humphrey is the best run blocking center.
How can you replace a Kelce they said?!
With a beef jergy!!
Gotta love beef Jergy. He is quite a force. Kelce was fast but he could also
Be pushed around. Cam doesn’t have that happen if you notice
Soo happy that Kelce was able to pick and train his replacement. That is creating a succession. I think jergins playing next to Kelce his first year was a big help
Dude lane Johnson needs to be talked about as one of the greats he’s the best right tackle I’ve ever seen
The media’s obsession with Tristan Wirfs had cost Lane so many 1st team All Pros that he deserved to have. Lane has consistently been a better RT than Wirfs.
He went like two or three seasons without allowing a sack
He has allowed the fewest pressures even, forget about sacks - the D-line can’t even get close enough for pressure from his edge.
He is
He might actually end up being better than Jason Kelce when it’s all said and done. Just like Jason said so himself.
I won't say that ever lol Jason is the greatest Center I have ever watched. BUT prospect wise, Creed Humphrey, Jackson Powers Johnson and Cam Jurgens are in their own class of prospects. I wouldn't be shocked to see Cam be a Top 5 Center his entire career.
this team is so young, as a eagles fan its good to see them having success early
@@The_Football_Scout Jason said it, so I’m going to believe him. He also scouted and chose Jurgens to be his successor.

That dude was destroying people at right guard last year. I'm impressed his transition to center was so smooth.
He transitioned to guard FROM center. This shouldn't have been unexpected.
Pretty close responsibilities he's a smart guy at Stoutland U I'm not surprised at all lmfao
He was drafted as a center with big influence from Jason Kelce. And man Stoutlands o-line development is actually absurdly good
He was very raw at center at nebraska was recruited as a tight end @jadenblackerby3325

Who doesnt struggle against someone 100lbs bigger than you. Jurgens is going to be a first team all pro.

Kelce had trouble against Sexy Dexy too, because that's a special DT
whats most exciting is we also have the best depth........ Fred Johnson is a starter, Tyler Steen is a starter
So agreed I love both of them too

@@stevebabiak6997 remember Stout worked with Jordan Milata and big V when he was here
Enjoyed the commentary. Cam has a bright future.
Finally!!! Some film on Cam! Been waiting for somebody to show him some love. Go Birds🦅

Jason Kelce was more judo finesse....Jurgens is more violent and powerful.

Jurgens wow the ability to climb and turn is unbelievable! Also Barkley…wow how did the Eagles get this guy lol his patience, so powerful, fast, crazy football IQ
He’s just gotta improve his pass blocking and he’ll be the perfect specimen
Cam is great! But not kelce great, yet. Needs to perfect brotherly shove.
They need to add Jason Kelce to their scouting department bc this was a home run guy that he identified at the college level
cant wait for vansumeren to be healthy again.
Jason Kelce literally hand chose this fella !! What a taken evaluator. Kelce keeps on giving !!!
We are so spoiled at O-line it’s incredible.
Thank stoutland
"the wantingness to beat people up" 😂😂
Kelce picked him to replace him
Honestly not surprised. When a player like Kelce recommends another player as a draft pick to take over for him and Howie listened. Thank you twice Jason! 🦅💪
Kelce knew what he was doing picking his replacement!
I love how the Eagles front office allowed Kelce to help them find his replacement. Before the season, everyone was predicting a major drop-off with Cam in at center.
The Eagles do it right when it comes to the O-Line!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🦅🦅🦅
That's one thing that you can't find easily .....a GM like Howie Roseman
It'll be even better if they get early leads.
Just subscribed. You do great work 👍
Love your channel just hate when people do hypotheticals.........
This is what happens when Kelce the GOAT hand picks a guy
Cam jurgens be out there knocking people on there asses !
Our oline coach is at it again
Gee...he sorta plays like...Jason Kelce!
Joe Montana--> Steve Young
Jason Kelce --> Cam Jurgens
Jason Kelce has given Jurgens a lot of credit. He talked about how Cam is a way better athlete and stronger then he was.
Great job of highlighting Cam. I was one of those people who thought when Kelce retired, our Eagles were gonna feel it. Gotta agree with you, he is as good if not better than Jason. He comes with a lot of nastiness when he pulls.
Can you assist me in performing this for the EAGLES? ruclips.net/video/3okO6uZA9SA/видео.htmlsi=8c5BhKDSVPR0J59h
REALLY, 1 BLOCK....YOU GOT HIM THE BEST CENTER..HE GOT 1 HIGHLIGHT BLOCK😢😢😢
He does it every game.
