It was designed that way because your supposed to feel almost helpless against the spanish on water; where you need to win water by being clever and sneaky with landing ships, or demo ships rather than mass galleys and sit back and watch them roll the enemy. historical accuracy and all that jazz, but you triumphed in the end
Nice work again! I always found this campaign very interesting because it felt very different from others since I don't really like water missions alot and also normally I prefer using heavy cavalry units. The jungle look also makes it a bit more special :). Oh, and did you notice that the campaign story teller and main character didn't actually die! 😅
I like the jungle aswell, looks cool! Cavalry is just more fun since the units are faster :D And I guess you are kinda right, depending on how you look at it. It is the montezuma campaign, and montezuma died in mission 3 or 4 :D but we never play as him so I am not sure wether we could consider him the main character... hmmmm but I guess I agree with you, makes me feel better as well :D

" I need gold man " so does the Spanish lol
oh yea they took it all that's why we didn't have any
They should have made it if you demolish one of the buildings you get half of what you built it with, would have been cool
haha we would be swimming in ressources
you could have constructed a market topside to trade with defeated blue's market for a stable gold influx
oh nvm u did just that :)
