I love these new lights I got for the channel!!
thought I did notice the cable light did make a sound when I brought it closer to the camera. If you all don’t like that sound let me know, then I can make some adjustments!

It’s weird how shining bright lights in our eyes is relaxing.
It's like you get hypnotized all the wayy to the back of the eye nerve that connects to the brain 😂😂

@@shawnhits704 If it was real lights, yes. But this is just the equivalent of having a complete white screen in a small spot, it's not actually that bright.
Still don't understand the asmr science behind why I like to be blinded by light, but i'll just roll with it 😵💫
It's because you're not actually looking at the lights you're still looking at your screen. No matter how bright the lights they will still only be shown at the brightness of the screen you're watching them on.
@@user-xz4jz6nz2m I agree to the fact that its only to the degree of your screen brightness, but I still prefer bright lights in my eyes. For example, when my wife is plucking my eye brows ill just open my eyes and stare into the light she's shining at my face. LOL
I'm not fully sure why either, but I have read that giving yourself a task like focusing on something that takes full attention to focus on, distracts your brain from any stress or really minimizes the amount of subconscious thoughts you're having, so you become more relaxed when your brain is only fixed on doing one thing. And since bright lights really grab our attention, it's easy to put full fixation on the lights. That's my rudimentary level understanding of why it's relaxing to fixate on lights as a task.

The distortion from the light was very tingly.
But the bright lights themselves are amazing too, I love when the camera goes darker when focused on the light. Since my room is dark it really does something to my eyes that gives tingles

The shoulder lights are a very good trigger but they make an high pitch beep when they're on. But overall it was an amazing video!

I have epilepsy but it's not photo sensitive so I don't have to worry about light triggers which is nice because I love light triggers and this is just another amazing video. Thank you, Rebecca
I love the new red light at the end! Especially the blinking and moving further/ closer. I love red lighting ASMR, it's darker and easier on the eyes for sleep. A whole video of red lighting would be amazing! 🚨❤️

Amazing video, the last trigger at the end was amazing, probably the best I've experienced in a long time. I think the double lights are pretty great, but I also really liked the small purple light.

The color light portion reminds me of tests that were conducted back in the 1940s with railroad signals. The engineers (train operators) would complain that the yellow lights were quite blinding when lit.
So after much testing, they would sandblast the yellow/amber lenses to make the beam of light less intense, without losing its daytime visibility.

Incorporate more red lights because there nice and soft on the eyes and the contrast between bright white and then to red is a great jump from one end of the spectrum to the other. Love you Rebecca amazing video as always. So keep up the superb work Queen 👑💖

Thank you for the extra warning before the strobing effect! I am slightly light sensitive (migraines) but ASMR light triggers are usually pretty safe for me even if theyre fast and bright. Knowing the lughts were about to flash helped a lot

I love the chaotic movements, fast moving lights, (with or without other static lights on screen) and strobe effects. If they move too fast the less tingles I get though so there's a sweet spot.

I didn't comment on your last bright light trigger vidéo because internet scares me, but since I'm a sucker for extremely almost blinding bright light triggers, I kept watching your previous video over and over every night and got so excited when I saw you made a new one. The chaotic light and the flashing light are definitely my favourites, it reminds me the feeling of music festivals when light shows get wild. Your disclaimer at the beginning reminded me of when I got tested for photosensitivity (I passed). They put nodes all over your head to monitor your brain then put a strobe right in front of your eyes and tell you to close your eyes. They turn on the strobe and it gets progressively faster. The thing I remember the most is thinking like 3 or 4 different times that there's no way it can get faster.
But after passing that I know lights definitely aren't an issue for me. No flashing lights will ever be as intense as that test.

Loved this video as always! I watched until the end ofc:). My favorite new light trigger was the “war of the worlds” light LOL! I also really liked looking at the each side of the wired cable light with a third light in between. It remained me of the “light-nose-finger” trigger (which I love) but in light form!
