Rondo can also be like a 'circle' since the song is kinda never ending nightmare and a wall clock is kinda like a circle shape. And 'rondo' is from 'round', 'rounded'.
"Mischief of Metal Gods" intro is a ritual performed by the god of guitar, bass & drum to summoned the Metal Queen Su-Metal. because in this song hers human soul has been trapped in recurring nightmare and can't escape from there. The Kami Band in this show are : - Leda Cygnus (1st guitar solo) - Takayoshi Ohmura (2nd guitar solo) - Boh (6 string bass) - Hideki Aoyama (drum). ueah, that's right. only those who's got chosen or invited that can hold concert in "Nippon Budokan". the first band that play there was "The Beatles" in 1966.

BOH (6-string bass) loves to play for Babymetal and has stated he goes out of his way to accept Babymetal contracts. And as much as he likes to shred that bass doing heavy metal for thousands of people, he is also a great jazz/fusion player. Offstage he is also humble and hard working with a bit of a sense of humor. One of his idols is Billy Sheehan who was known for doing ground-breaking and unorthodox playing. BOH jokes that he never knew that one was not supposed to play bass that way. All the kamiband members are versatile musicians. Mikio, BOH, and Yuya Maeta formed a trio called the Kari Band (temporary band) doing a lot of Mikio's jazz compositions. Sometimes with guest artists. A couple years since Mikio passed and Kari Band re-formed with a different guitarist.
I love this song so much! Sometimes it makes me cry, and it‘s not even because it‘s a particularly sad song, it‘s because the melodies are so incredibly beautiful. And Su‘s amazing performance makes it even more overwhelming.
BOH and Hideki (drummer) are my two favorites. BOH has a Flea-like presence/energy on stage a lot of times, and Hideki won me over the first song I heard of theirs a couple months back, "Distortion". I don't think I'd ever heard double-bass being played like that in a song before, I grew up on Metallica and other metal bands.
This is my favorite song out of all 3 albums, you just cant beat the music and Su's voice in this performance. We need Babymetal to do more of this!!!!

Next you should react to babymetal historical epic performance “Ijime, Dame, Zettai live at Sonisphere 2014 UK". This is one of the most important show in Babymetal's history. Thanks to this show, babymetal finally received recognition from metal fans and signified their entry into the western metal world. A little story about this show, this was the first time played in a metal festival outside Japan. Actually, on schedule, they would perform in small stage in front of 3 thousand people. But in the end, they were promoted to the main stage, and the girls just knew it later. So instead in front of their loyal fans, the 3 girls in their 14-16 years old must face 50 thousands of metal head. Three girls sang in Japanese, performing a choreography, in a rock festival, in front of true metal fans who never heard babymetal before and will not understand a bit what they will sing about, except maybe a word “chocolate”. And also Babymetal has it's haters among the metal heads. Fears of them being booed and having bottles thrown at them were there. There was a backstage photo of the girls a moment before the show, they looked terrified. You should search the photo and check it out, you can imagine their nervous. Su-metal said in the interview after the show, that before the coming to the stage they were not sure about how will the crowd respond, they were not very confident and very nervous. She also said that at first not many people responded, but as the song went by, people started to throw the fox sign or metal sign. In the end babymetal became the most talked about band in the festival and their merchandise was top seller .
Rondo is Japanese for repeating or neverending the song is called Akuma no rondo the english translation is nightmare neverending or repeating nightmare
@@MarcyRavenManji it's both Rondo is romanji for people who dont speak Japanese or cannot read it it used to help individuals who dont read Japanese how to pronounce certain words by sound so there is a word in Italian for that but there is the same word in Japanese
I'm telling you mates you gotta do Tamashii no Rufuran by Babymetal. It's not an original it is a cover of the opening of Evangelion (which came out the year Su was born).
Rondo means something that repeats, which fits with the lyrics of the song, that's about a nightmare you can't escape and comes back around to haunt you.
If you're looking for more sick Japanese bands, one of my favorites who I have seen live is DIR EN GREY. Check out their albums Uroburos and The Insulated World.
Great Reaction! It would be fun if you could react to a song with Black BABYMETAL it's only Yui and Moa singing .You can choose one of the 4 songs: GJ!, Song 4, Onedari DaiSakusen and Sis. Anger.
I love the concept of the band. The musiciands are amongst the best I've heard lately, specially the bass player. I get that being "Baby Metal", the vocalist would have the traditional nasal high pitched voice so popular in pop or tradicional Japanese music. But it IS the vocals that kill it all to me. It's like having Nightwish musicians playing and instead of Floor, Britney Spears is in the vocals.
Please react to Akatsuki live in Budokan. Ist another Solo from Queen Su - Metal . you can also see Duett guitar solo. First class playing . Greetings from Germany . Great reaction like it

It's sad that this is a rare thing these days, but them's the facts. So many idiots wanabies on 'social' media. But you are amongst the people who cheer me up. Thanks!
They are so tight and solid!!! So precise and have an incredible sound!! World class musicians!!! Easily one of the best metal bands on the planet. Even if they were strictly instrumental they would rule!! BABYMETAL RULES 🤘🏻😈🤘🏻

I honestly think that Su could’ve held that note longer if she really wanted to. She didn’t seem to struggle or have difficulty holding it for the 4-6 seconds she did hold it. Still impressive for a 16 year old. Probably the best singer of my generation and maybe all time.
Great reaction to one of four solos that Su performs - and all are equally epic! Could see you were pretty mesmerised through the whole performance, and appreciated Su's vocals a lot (she's a soprano with a range of C4 to G#5 and is proud of her breath control, which she practices very diligently) as well as the excellent band member skills. There are a couple of other songs with band solos before the girls come on stage and here's one, Catch Me If You Can, the best Metal song about playing Hide and Seek ever! It has English subtitles as well as having the band play a solo each as the intro: ruclips.net/video/ng8U_j0gpLI/видео.html
i look forward to these babymetal monday reaction videos. they got me into your channel in the first place, and have always enjoyed the genuine reaction y'all have. doesn't feel forced, or "hot takes" just to get people talking, like some other react videos. so props to y'all. another good one, keep em coming. side note aside from babymetal. y'all should react to the band lovebites one of these days. i think you'd be in for a...treat (i'd say why, but no spoils, you'll just have to see what i mean ;). i'd recommend one of these songs, shadowmaker, when destinies align, break the wall...heck you know what, really anything from them.
It looks like the girl from the grudge because that is the Japanese burial outfit. If you crawled out of a grave that is how you would look. Very Metal :)
At 11~ minutes Su is doing something I have heard others call 'nasal resonance'. Its a technique to change the tone of your lyrics by holding the microphone to your nose/nasal cavity and letting it echo out.
Sorry for double posting, but I just want to point out that Su-Metal has already been singing for about 20 years. But, she did not start singing like this until 2007, so let’s say she’s been at it for 13 years so far. (In 2007, Su-Metal was performing with an older sister, Himeka, as Tween while attending Actor’s School Hiroshima. )
I'm late to the party but just wanted to point out how Metal the lyrics are: This song is about a girl trapped in an endless circle of nightmare that she can't escape. That's the darkest song BABYMETAL ever wrote in my opinion.
If it hasn’t already been said for you two gentlemen, there are certain songs on their first two albums that have only Sumetal as vocalist and certain songs have Yuimetal & Moametal as vocalists. Keep up the fabulous work, guys. Edit: Look up the translated lyrics for this song (as well as Akatsuki) to see just how dark the lyrics are for this song.
Moa and Yui are in the back resting and rehydrating. In my case, that would involve massive IVs and an AED. They'll come out and do some Black BabyMetal songs while Su gets a chance to rest.
I like to believe Moa is demolishing a bucket of kfc during these breaks and had a special clause added into her contract, this is just my opinion but I’m sticking with it. She needs to take in a lot of calories to maintain her half inch height advantage over Yui Metal and avoid the dreaded front position in the class line up
Thanks for another great reaction video! Until 2018, Babymetal performed in four modes. 0 dancers on stage - the Kami Band. 1 dancer on stage - White Babymetal (Su-Metal). 2 dancers on stage - Black Babymetal (Yuimetal and Moametal) and 3 dancers on stage. Each sub-group had a different style. White Babymetal sang of timeless themes of human struggles and inner conflict. Black Babymetal has a lot of attitude and focused on contemporary themes. They also wrote Song 4. Here is a link to Sis Anger, in which they address male posers. ruclips.net/video/BZLZcoWZKN0/видео.html

In the end babymetal became the most talked about band in the festival and their merchandise was top seller .
We are THE ONE.
A beautifully haunting heavy metal waltz.
Unusual Babymetal request: react to their "BABYMETAL Kimi To Anime Ga Mitai BLACK NIGHT LEGEND DOOMSDAY"! and thanks for great reaction)
Rondo is Japanese for repeating or neverending the song is called Akuma no rondo the english translation is nightmare neverending or repeating nightmare
Rondo is Italian, not Japanese.
And it's fucking beautiful
@@XMorbidReignX You can bet!
Fuck I feel old
Followed by their song Tsubasa wo Kudasai. Wouldn't that be great?
Another banger guys, keep it up.
Rondo means something that repeats, which fits with the lyrics of the song, that's about a nightmare you can't escape and comes back around to haunt you.
Su is as good an entertainer as any other active today.
first concert in Budoukan was beatls.
Anger.
Love that bass solo... 6 strings.
Yeaaa kamiii-band
Please react to Akatsuki live in Budokan. Ist another Solo from Queen Su - Metal . you can also see Duett guitar solo. First class playing . Greetings from Germany . Great reaction like it
Check out Catch Me If You Can live at the Tokyo Dome. It starts with a band solo too.
There are so many people getting on the 'reaction' gig now it's crazy.
I just want to say I appreciate yours. Because they seem genuine. And intelligent.
Welcome to BABYMETAL WORLD and btw that's our QUEEN SUMETAL, an amazing, angelic metal voice, try BxMxC, it will make you think that she has a synth in her voice. Try it out man
in the end card the song in the bottom right, "babymetal no rain no rainbow" just click it xD its the best :)

you guys are fucking coool
Babymetal = Like
No further questions here.
i look forward to these babymetal monday reaction videos. they got me into your channel in the first place, and have always enjoyed the genuine reaction y'all have. doesn't feel forced, or "hot takes" just to get people talking, like some other react videos. so props to y'all. another good one, keep em coming.
side note aside from babymetal. y'all should react to the band lovebites one of these days. i think you'd be in for a...treat (i'd say why, but no spoils, you'll just have to see what i mean ;). i'd recommend one of these songs, shadowmaker, when destinies align, break the wall...heck you know what, really anything from them.
I think she was 16 years old in this performance.
You are correct. _LEGEND 1997_ was just a little over two months before they played at Budokan. :)
It looks like the girl from the grudge because that is the Japanese burial outfit. If you crawled out of a grave that is how you would look. Very Metal :)
Its the Kami-Band. Kami is like Spirit, sometimes god
You know why I'm here... BABYMETAL MONDAY!!!!!
(In 2007, Su-Metal was performing with an older sister, Himeka, as Tween while attending Actor’s School Hiroshima. )
Youve probably heard John 5 play but didnt know it. He's played with Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie as well as his solo records.
You guys should react to some Maximum the Hormone.
Honestly, every single one of their videos are masterpieces.
if you wanna see moa and yui you have see Sis anger
IJIME DAME ZETAI please!!!
🤘🎶🤘
You guys should react to babymetal tamashii no rufuran
If you think the drummer was off the charts in this song, check out "Road of Resistance."

I'm late to the party but just wanted to point out how Metal the lyrics are:
This song is about a girl trapped in an endless circle of nightmare that she can't escape.
That's the darkest song BABYMETAL ever wrote in my opinion.
Yeah dude more babymetal
This is like Boss theme for Sibling rivalry
I'd love to see you guys react to Charles Berthoud - Bass Solo in Whirlwind Tuning. You're brains may explode, he's that good, and a fellow RUclipsr!
Kami band are some of the worlds best musicians.. Absolute world class..
What can I say? Love this!

Nice reaction👍

Su solo to rest the girls.. She gets to rest later when the 2 girls Yui & Moa perform together.. Su was 16..
この楽曲はかなり変拍子だからSUちゃんの譜割取るのは大変だと思う。もっとも、イヤモニにカウントが入るとは想像するが。
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
If u havnt already u should give a listen to Alestorm, keelhauled. There a pirate themed metal band a very fun listen
Akatsuki next please!!
