    For a Mongolian (we have 3 mln people and 70 mln domestic animals), this was interesting, definitely, your way of cooking with milk is different than ours. Thank you for sharing your videos with the world.

    For Rasgulla you need cows milk for better results, buffalo milk will not make spongy rasgulla, but hard one

    The palta which u r using for milk is quite big and u should use little small as compared to which u r using😅

      Big palta makes you comfortable in cooking, small make your arms pain in night.

    In our north side region doodh ko fadna at home is bad omen.... in my home we never make Chenna or khoya because for this we have to treat milk( doodh fadna padta hai)
