Frustrated and angry, mother puts up $6K of own money toward finding her daughter's killer

Mid-South mother is taking action to find the person responsible for her daughter’s murder.
22-year-old Charlisa Reed was gunned down in Downtown Memphis in August 2023. Ten months later, there are still no charges in the case.
Now, Reed’s mother, Anita Wilkins, is partnering with CrimeStoppers to offer a $10,000 reward for information.
Wilkins is putting up $6,000 of her own money toward the reward. She said she needs answers and the money seems a small price to pay to put her daughter’s killer behind bars.
