Ingredients
Cooking Oil -2 Tbsp
BayLeaf
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Asafetida - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 2
Onion - 1
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala1/4
Tomato - 1 (1 Pureed Tomato)
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) - 1 tsp
Dried Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
Boiled Potato 3
Coriander Leaf
Preparation Method
Heat Oil in a Pan
Add Bay Leaf and Cumin
Once Splutter add Ginger Garlic Paste
Saute for a Minute and add green chilli
Add Chopped Onion and cook till it's translucent
Now Add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli and Turmeric Powder
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
add pureed tomato
Cook till oil separates
Add 1/4 cup water and cook for 2 minutes
Add dried fenugreek leaves
add 1 cup water
Bring it to boil and add boiled potato
cook for 2 minutes
garnish it with coriander leaves

Didi Ji you are a culinary genius!! Such a simple recipe and such an awesome taste!! Bravo.... Hats off to you.... I tried Chef Sanjyot Keer’s recipe also but it didn’t turn out half as good as yours.... Sonia Barton’s recipe is okay but unnecessarily complicated. You have used such few and basic ingredients plus the process is so simple and yet the outcome is fantastic.... YOU are the real Chef!! Lots of love....
