If I'm not wrong, I remembered that Sheena Ringo (composer/lyrics/singer) riding her car in the original music movie. I will recommend the original version, but that is really old school (2x yrs ago), nice but totally different vibe.

You SHOULD be reacting to every song without subtitles even if they have them mate. You are meant to be listening to songs not analysing the story. If you are reading lyrics you can NOT pay attention to listening because its impossible to do both. (its not that you wont hear it still but it will be a very shallow hearing). IF you must, look up songs lyrics before or after.
