    Try this: (1)Cinnamon tea bag or boil your own sticks make strong (2) add Ice to the tall glass. Add tiny splash of HWC or non dairy, 1-2 pumps of sugarfree Vanilla syrup and sweetener. Also, sprinkle with cinnamon.. mix or shake it's my version of Horchata (rice water)

    Oat milk will have a lot of carbs just because oats are a grain. But I feel like if you're going to make your own, it wouldn't have all the nasty seed oils they add for texture, so cleaner anyway.
    A few weeks ago I made the brown sugar foam cold brew of whatever it was called. I used heavy cream and truvia brown sugar and my homemade cold brew. It was really tasty. I keep meaning to try it with almond or coconut milk, but I keep forgetting. I don't know if my frother will make it as whippy as cream.

    Definitely going to try this! I usually get coconut milk instead of almond milk. My favorite Starbucks drink is White Chocolate Mocha but I ask for 2 pumps instead of the 4 it comes with. At least it's 1/2 the sugar but I know it's still high. Hope you can make this and leave the recipe for this one 🙂

  • @SuperMerciful

    The molasses has 11g of carbs plus 11g of sugar for a tablespoon serving. Even you put 1/2 tsp you already have 5-1/2g of carbs plus 6g of sugar in this recipe.

    • @barefootninja_
      @barefootninja_ 2 года назад +4

      fortunately, the total carbs are from the sugar, not in addition to. and since 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons, the 1/2 teaspoon of molasses used here only comes out to 1.8 cabs 😊

    • @SuperMerciful
      @SuperMerciful 2 года назад

      it says on the nutritional value of the mollasses bottle . Carbs and sugar are both present in the ingredients😳if you used 1.8 carbs , you should also add the amount of sugar it has for the total nutritional value because molasses is not sugar free. I’m sorry my husband has diabetes and I’m very careful on the amt of carbs and sugar. And i was surprised on how much carbs and sugar that molasses bottle you used for the ingredients.

    Hi lovely, l am obsessed with Starbucks caramel Frappuccino or ashamedly even the ultra caramel Frappuccino, over here in Australia they cost $9 for a venti, crazy expensive. It’s not just about the cost though I’m becoming more aware of the carbs and the sugar in these things. To be able to make one that tastes similar would be a game changer for my body.

    My question:. Why doesn't Starbucks have more types of Sugar free Syrups (they have like one or two?) They really dont almost recognize the need to do a sugar free menu. I can't go there for almost ANYthing fun, because I'd have to go off my diet regimen. Why?! The biggest coffee sellers in the world and they're blind to sugar free people in this day and age? Diabetics could definitely enjoy these things as well as those on special diets for many reasons.

    The order in which you poured the ingredients was wrong. First you have to pour the espresso, then the syrup, then the milk. The espresso is always at the bottom of the cup
