  • AJAC is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 to skill up the advanced manufacturing workforce through registered apprenticeship.
AJAC’s training efforts focus on three key areas: adult apprenticeship programs for individuals currently working in industry, Youth Apprenticeship programs for high school students, and pre-apprenticeship programs for individuals looking to gain foundational manufacturing skills.
So, why AJAC? The answer is simple - we bridge the gap between education and industry, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the ever-evolving world of aerospace and advanced manufacturing.
It's not just about what we offer; it's about how we do it. We're proud to be good stewards of the public funds invested in us by Washington state. AJAC doesn't just educate; we empower. We give Washington state a competitive edge by crafting a high-quality, skilled, and dedicated workforce. Together with employers, we build and implement training strategies and programs that enable them to recruit, train, and retain the next generation of workers. Join us on a journey of excellence. Your future in these industries starts here.
