love this and love the kind of twist that Elena did actually die, but it's also so sad, the thing he was most afraid of happening happened. i'm glad it never seemed like Damon blamed Stefanie for Elena dying bc it looked like she died during child birth. if Elena were to actually die while giving birth i'd be worried that Damon would always hold a little resentment towards stefanie

She would play their daughter perfectly! but for real though, wouldn't it be so sad if after all Elena went through she died during childbirth? not the childbirth is easy but, after she's gone through the death of her parents and other loved ones, vampirism, turning off her humanity switch, going to the other side and coming back, dealing with damons death, remembering him once he comes back, and this isn't even a complete list, childbirth would seem to be the easiest. 🤰🏻😍😅

This is beautiful ❤️. It's such a gigantic shame that this was six years ago and probably not going to come out. But the peace and love in this video is enough to drive someone to tears. It would be so happy and interesting to see this plotline. I don't know how things could have worked out in the end , maybe elena and damon would have continued their life together. She becomes pregnant ,gives birth but she dies. Then damon would be raising her just like it's shown in the video. Telling her all the memories about her mother. I love this so much.
