I just realized after watching this clip and spontaneously getting hungry, that the NX-01 had the best food ever shown on a starship from any series. Come to think of it, I remember having the same thought while watching ENT the last couple of times anytime they were having a meal in the Captain's dining room. I just got the sudden urge to drink some iced tea after typing all of this, too.

OK watch this and then watch "Metamorphosis" from the Original Series and tell me that Connor Trinneer (Trip) doesn't bear a strong resemblance to Glenn Corbett who plays Zefram Cochrane. It's spooky. I had to check Wikipedia to see if Trinneer was Corbett's son, but no. But everything, their mannerisms, facial features, even the way they speak is uncannily similar.

There actually is Humor and Banter. Though it tooks awhile. Discovery tried to be way too serious in the first season. Season 2 has a lot more of it.

I thought Stephen Cull was related to Robert Culp ("I Spy"). It wasn't his last name so much , but I thought there was a resemblance.
