The quality of your content is just, beyond the pale. It''s fantastic, this is the sort of thing i listened to over a cassette tape in bed when i was a child unable to sleep, kind of quality.
Easily 'story time' worthy, i actually woke up on this Samhain and spent the first half an hour still in bed listening to this through my iphone. It's fantastic.
You did this wonderfully, and you should be very proud.

***** I wanted also to be able to politely mention that i've noticed you comment on your 'resting' face a few times in your video's & Honestly, while even in 'resting' your face is not only staggeringly beautiful for a human face but.
The correct way to describe you smiling, with that face, is like finding a Sheltered, freshly lit, Campfire with a biting cold wind howling in the middle of a dark night.
Which sounds -super corny- but was part of the thought pattern that occured when i paused to think about it for a minute.
      And that's me done.
      Ty for the reply!

    • @ZIGMAN775
      @ZIGMAN775 9 лет назад +3

+Mehek Bassi When it abruptly changes to the low light and talking about the darker
side I get deep positive tingles in my legs and in my gut,
simultaneously with a deep feeling of intrigue. And then when it goes to
talking of Pagans preparing for the transition of the Earth I feel just
alright. I mean it's interesting, and I am in touch with those things
in my physical life and enjoy the transitions and the embracing of each,
but I feel like I should enjoy talk of family more. But god the lull
of that shadow never goes away.
Funny how people differ, maybe I AM the darkness. I'm kind of scared to find out.

It's so nice to hear Irish folklore told like this, especially to hear the different versions of the stories - the leprechaun's gold and the last one were some of my favourites as a child. Very happy with your genuine attempt at actually pronouncing Irish words and names, most people don't even think twice about it. Mentioning the root of the phrase, 'Away with the fairies' amused me, it's the polite way of saying someone's a bit off in the head. Even beginning the video with Éiníní is a wonderful way to introduce the folklore. Really well done!

Does anyone else see the face in the center candle? The flickering flame is the nose below two dark eye sockets above a thin grinning mouth. And with each passing story the mouth of another face at the top of the jar moves mostly in rhythm with the storytelling. I'm sure this is coincidence, but maybe not. It is Samhein after all. Awesome work, thank you!

This storytelling is the greatest. This reminds me of middle school. I would open my book and read along with my teacher or the narrator on a CD. I appreciate this...Nostalgia. The best of times were back in middle school.

I love this video. I've always thought it was funny how little people really understood about Irish creatures, especially the leprechaun; I love that you've shined light on them. Also, very relaxing as always. =)
