GEE App: Add dropdown selection menu

Creating a Graphical User Interface (GUI) based on javascript built on top of Google Earth Engine is one way to ease interaction between buttons, data, and processing in the platform. The GUI can be published as an Earth Engine App, promoting the use of Google Earth Engine to general audiences and non-coders.
In this video series, we cover topics from adding side panel to publishing GUI as an Earth Engine app. This fourth episode deals with how to add a dropdown button/select menu that filters a particular pixel value to be displayed on the map component of GEE UI. For this use case, we use Global Oil Palm layer from BIOPAMA/Descals et al. which pixel values represent (1) Industrial and (2) Smallholder oil palm plantations.
