I think the "tea" means blood, so when she offers the villagers tea, she is offering blood, or hers or from past victims. Also when she floods the village with red tea, she is really killing them all and all of their blood is flooding out of their bodies so she can drink it in the blood party, that's why she demands red tea out of them, just as she did in Vampire's PathoS with the policeman.

Ricardo Martínez if she had some kind of hypnosis, that would explain how she managed to trick the fatmer however hypnosis is individual and isolated in the most scenarios, but everyone could see the rain and plants growing, so i think she could manipulate events at a limited scale, but she needed blood to work it out

So from what I gathered with doing some reading, and maybe the wiki too, the Nun(Rin) comes into town with offers on fulfilling the people's wishes in her midnight tea party. Because it turns out that she does work miracles, the other town folk come to her parties every night in order to satisfy their greedy desires, becoming her followers. When it came time for her to leave the town, the townsfolk didn't want her to, wishing for "eternity", so she continued to the last party she held in the town. So it turns out that the Nun goes around to various towns in order to grant people wishes and kills everyone at the end of her visit in order to save them from the Vampire(Len). But as another plot twist, the Vampire had been hunting the Nun all this time in order to stop her from killing more people.

mine went along the lines of rin was a serial killer in disguise using her ways to make miracles to attract people to her and when everyone is attracted to her she breaks their hearts by telling she was going to leave and then killing everyone

I thought Rin killed them to send them to heaven, where they would get the eternity they want or that their own blood was the price to pay for all the tea.

So having seen Vampire’s Pathos too, I have the following theory:
Rin (the Nun) is a vampire that hides among society in the house of god, a most unlikely place for an unholy creature. Because she grants the desires of her believers she is held in high regards wherever she goes. That’s why Len (possibly not even a vampire himself) tracks her and tries to kill her. But due to Rin’s clever intrigues he’s portrayed as a vampire/killer himself while Rin plays a damsel in distress.
This part serves to portray Rin’s modus operandi. She may not actually be granting the townspeople _any_ wishes at all. The “red tea” she serves may be something akin to a potent hallucinogen or even a metaphor for the townspeople sacrificing the “red” (as in their blood and lifeforce) in return for short-term euphoria (which can possibly be seen from the dried out scenery (and corpses) Rin seems to leave behind).
In Vampire’s Pathos Len sings of the darkness in a hero’s shadow which may point towards how he doesn’t care about tarnishing his own name in order to kill Rin which he finally succeeds at in the end.

According to the wiki, the story is:
A village is plagued by poverty and misery. One day a nun(Rin) arrives in the village and tells them any wish will be granted if they drink her tea. She hosts tea parties every night and the people keep visiting her and getting their wishes granted, be it happiness for themselves or misery for others. Eventually however the sister announces that she must leave and they ask her to hold one last tea party. However in the end she floods the entire village with her "tea", instantly killing everyone, in hopes of saving them from a cruel death by the hands of a vampire. Later the vampire(Len) travels through the village and sees all the corpses of the people the sister served and mercy killed and wonders if they died happily.
... so does this still make the nun a good guy/hero?

what was it?
my first impression, it's like all the villagers have become too reliant on the "tea" and didn't think of the consequences that follow. Rin who believes she is saving them but instead is just leading them to demise thinking they are "happy". Len who is just a passerby wonders in amusement since he doesn't really care about the villagers, because this event amused him and remind him of human greed and selfishness. Again, this is just my first impression...

私の解釈
リン(シスター)はずっと前から村のあちこちを転々とし、エタニティをえていた、血(紅茶)が願いを叶えてくれて、村人はそれを信じ、願いを叶えることを望み、紅茶を飲むごとに願いを叶えるがその代わり、どんどん死え近づく(血が減ってく)でそれをずっと村を転々としそれを繰り返している。
大した意見ではないのですが、ステンドグラスにタロットカードの死神の番号があったのですが、これって村人達の欲がでなければ、村が再生してたかもしれないと思ったんですがどうですかね？

言葉足らずで申し訳ありません。
これは、あくまで私の考えです。
最初のおじいさんの願いである雨不足を解消をなんとかしてほしいという願いを魔法を使い、雨を降らせ、願いを叶えたということ。これは、食糧や作物がないので生きることも稼ぐ事もままならないということ、生きるという点では必要な欲望なのでここまでは、まだマシな方です。
問題は、その次の願いを持った人々。
楽して儲けたい人、誰かを殺めたい人。
金鉱山を掘り出し、それを我が物にしたい村長。
これらの欲望は生きる点で言えばあまり必要のない欲望であり、なおかつ醜い欲望なので、この醜い欲望がでた時点で、この村にはもう明るい未来はなく、明日には滅ぶぞ、という意味をステントグラスの絵柄は表していいたのでは？
また、もしも最初のおじいさんの欲望のような欲望が他の人たちにあれば、どの道滅んではいたがそれはもう少しの猶予があったのではないか。
願いを叶える魔法の使い方を誤ってしまったのではないか。
そんな風に考えたのです。

［Story］
シスターに扮した吸血鬼リンちゃんが貧しい村を狙って来る→
農夫に声を掛け、血と引き換えに紅茶を振る舞い、雨を降らせる（この時点では普通の紅茶）→
それを見た村人が噂を広め、「願いが叶う」Tea Partyに村人が集うようになる→
村人の願いがだんだん私利私欲に溢れた物になってくる→
願いが私利私欲に溢れた物になった所で願いを叶えるのをやめ、血と引き換えに薬（作用:幻覚作用、中毒性など）入りの紅茶を振る舞う→
それを飲んだ村人は紅茶中毒に。遂には村長も中毒になり、止められる人が誰もいなくなってしまう→
死の瀬戸際まで薬を飲ませ続けて村人がボロボロになったところで「新たな迷い子を救いに行く」と言う→
当然、今まで中毒だったものが消える訳だから、村人の最後の願いは『永遠』→
村人全員の願いである『永遠』を叶えるのには大量の血が必要だと言い、村人自ら紅茶に飛び込ませる→
全員が紅茶に飛び込んだところで、大量の紅茶で圧死 or 溺死？水死？させ、血を濾し取り、骸骨を取り除いて次の村に向かう→
少しの時が流れ、ヴァンパイアハンターのレンくんが村を訪れる→
廃村となった村には骸骨が散らばっている→
ヴァンパイアハンターのレンくんは吸血鬼リンちゃんの手口を知っているから「幸せに死んで（たびだ）ったのだろう」と思った。
［考察解説］
全ては吸血鬼の作戦だった。
貧しい村を狙ったのは、貧しい人はより物欲が強く、依存性も高いから。
また、もともと貧しい村なら、廃村になってもバレにくい。
最初に農夫に声を掛けたのは、雨を降らせることが出来、（雨を降らせることが出来なかったが、低気圧が近づいてきている時に村に行った説も考えられる）他の村人に見せやすかったから。
始めの方で願いを本当に叶えていたのは、他の村人に見せ、噂の信憑性を増すため。
「鮮やかなred」は薬を混ぜた紅茶の色と血の色を掛けている？
リンちゃんはこの手口で何度も成功している。
レンくんはその証拠を追っているが、まだ捕まえられていない。
個人的な解釈&考察でした。

シスターさんがみんなに与えてるお茶は前の村で∞(エタニティ)を望んだ人間で作られた(?)もの。
現にこの村でも3:08で大きな釜?みたいな物に村人が飛び込んでるし、釜に入ってる液体もシスターさんがみんなに与えてるお茶の色と似ている。
だから
2:54辺りの歌詞に｢鮮やかなRedも、意識も、手放したら｣ってあるけど
鮮やかなRed＝血
血と意識を手放す＝死ぬ
ってことになる。
3:45でレンくんが｢幸せに｢死んで(たびだ)｣ったのだろう｣
って言ってるのもエタニティ＝死と認識してなかった村人が｢∞(エタニティ)｣手に入れられるっていう喜びで心を満たされたまま死んでいったから。
結果的にはここの村人で作られた紅茶はまた次の村でみんなに飲ます。
それでその村でも｢∞(エタニティ)｣を望む村人が出てきて、それで紅茶を作って次の村へ…
それの繰り返し。
うすっぺらな解釈ですがなんか少しでも解釈の鍵になれば嬉しいです😂💦

Michelle Zhao well it’s called “Sister’s Mercy” bc the sister knew that the vampire (len) was going to attack the village and kill all the people. So the sister mercy killed the townspeople so they won’t have a cruel death from the vampire’s hands.

The ‘tea’ might be the blood of the people themselves since we can see them jumping into a pool of tea sooo ya 😂 But on 3:43 we can see the corpse of the farmer who also asked for eternity soooo maybe it’s a different case of ‘eternity’ that you said 😅 maybe the ‘eternity’ that the sister gave to them was death (meaning forever dead) since the townspeople didn’t mention what kind of ‘eternity’ they wanted HAHAHA I rly don’t know what Im talking about anymore HAHAHAHA 😂😂
