The first 2 teams work great, however, for the third team my queen got either a bad or neutral slot and couldn't kill luffy and he gave the pain debuff effectively ending my run.
For the last team, I think you can replace Qck Zoro with Tnd VS Yamato for the Shield ATK boost, it's especially great when the boss is QCK but it got me to 178 billion damage even with a lvl 1 Rush Gear 5 6+ (my Yamato is TND lvl 5 though).

you have to get matching slot in first stage for queen to kill luffy on the 2nd stage
