I've used quite a few of these side hustles - and I will tell you , you can make a easy a grand a month utilizing them. Takes A LOT of time - but can be worth it. We have a private university by us and WOW the local Goodwill instantly has a lot of GREAT stuff a week after the semester ends. Great Advice!
Really great tips. I love when my neighbors put out good stuff. I got 3 air conditioners once. My kids laugh but they know where to look if they need something.
Fantastic video Jacob keep up the great work. You almost at 50k and that is exciting. Everyone let’s keep supporting Jacob channel because he’s the best. But I must say I miss your lives but you gotta do what you have to do 😃👍🏾. Enjoy your evening!!!!!
The Ad read, “Going to Prison Sale”. I got TV, Stereo, Speakers, and Furnishings for pennies on the dollar. The strange agreement was that I was to put money in his future prison account. He didn’t trust most family and no friends to do it. I promised to do it, and I did. I paid him about $300 that day and for 12 months sent him money in his account.
If I lived in Vegas, I would sell umbrellas on the strip when its raining. Get the umbrellas cheap and sell the for a profit. You might have to stand in the rain but it could be quick money.
Really helpful tips!!!! I’ve always been a side hustle person!!! Jacob you really have super helpful ideas and tips.....do 😎 cool!!! I really appreciate your channel!!!! And that FREE tip....it’s legit!!!! There can be really good stuff!!!! It’s a win win!!!! Love San Jose!!!
Estate sales are a good place to get deals. I go to estate sales that's run by a company, and as a regular attend the operators give me 50% to 75 % off their asking price.
What about those folks that take pics for money? Or those adult cards? Do they make money off that? You recommend?do tell I’m sure people are wondering. U see sooo much of it in Vegas people taking pics for money and doing adult stuff. Or the club ticket guys on the street how they make from it?
If wanting to do it the legal way or not worry about getting harassed, there are 38 designated spots on Fremont St that the city allows you to register to perform at during a scheduled time (2 hour slots). They do a lottery system for choosing the people everyday.
Yes street performers can depending on their act. Just holding a funny sign can bring in 20 an hour but get in costume and easily a couple hundred a week minimum
When I first moved to Vegas, you were my go-to for Las Vegas info!
Thank you Say Gee!

Haha that's sick

except the issue with that is vegas is a desert and it rarely rains here.
@@magicalchair5487 It does rain in vegas. Not often but it does rain. You wouldnt get rich but it could turn into some drinking money.
I'm from Oregon and therefore used to being in the rain, so I would gladly do that!
Good tips Jacob but they're not really "side hustles" or specific to Vegas. Good video nonetheless.
Jacob always wins 💯☑️
Thanks for the info Jacob!!
good advice. thanks bro
Always welcome
Jacob (the Jack of all trades) probably did every job in Las Vegas
Very good ideas.
What's up brother? Nice work!
I lived in 2 different college towns and students do leave valuable things like big screen tvs behind.

Estate sales really can be gold mines, if you know what to look for. Thanks for watching!
This is what I’m talking about
Wow haven't been to that San Jose flee market in 20 years those were the days from car shows and music festivals etc
SUP JACOB??💯💯🎉🎉🎉
Great great great video idea!! 50k might just be a few days away!☺️
Hopefully! Thanks for watching, as always. :)
Nice man, Great advice. I am so glad sports betting wasn't one of your tips.

Watchin' this because I like money, might end up back in LV again...for the fourth time.
I've noticed that you've mentioned Wisconsin in more than a few of your videos! Does Vegas have a large Wisco community?
Do street performers make decent money in Vegas? Do Vegas police or private security bully street musicians or do they just let them do their thing?

@@brittanyj82 thanks. What about the Reno or Carson City areas?
Some of them make great money. The smart ones know how to avoid problems with police and casino security. The others usually don't last very long.

👋👍Jacob
Or just gamble on the strip.
