I’ve always loved this breed of dog, my favourite plush toy I’ve had since I was like 2-3 years old Is a cavalier!!
It doesn’t get much better than a Cavalier, even a stuffed one 😂

Adorable ❤ I have a 6yr old tri-color named, Winston. He greets strangers everyday and they greet him back with a smile and a pat on the head. Such a special breed.😊

Can you breed just because you enjoy having a bloodline of dogs alongside your family
Of course you can! Especially with this breed though, I would highly suggest health testing (genetic, heart, eyes and patellas) so that you can enjoy them as long as possible and so they can have a happy, healthy life with you and your ohana 🤙🏽

Do you know if a cavalier that’s been away from her mom for 22 months will recognize each other? My cavalier was 12 weeks when she left her mom to come to our house and we’re going to pick her mom up from retirement next week.
How exciting for you all! It’s very possible, I’ve seen siblings and mother/offspring sense that special familiarity 🌺

Mine will be two in June and I’m so wanting to take him to visit his Mom and sister. I heard they remember until two years old. I hope we will get there.
@@Anisky123 My dog did not recognize her mom after almost 2 years. I was ready with the video camera but they did not have any reaction. They're both getting along and her mom is very loving. I'm glad I adopted her.

Please stop breeding these dogs! They suffer from horrible, debilitating health problems. As cute as they are, it’s immoral to force them to suffer
Aloha and thank you for your concern for the breed! To date, my dogs and their lines are heart healthy, no neurological problems, and in perfect health. You are right that many in this breed suffer health issues by unscrupulous “breeders” and are bred without forethought, but I can assure you that I take great care with all of my dogs with regard to them individually and the breed as a whole 🌺
Someone should have given the same advice to your mother, then we all would have been spared your stupid fucking comments.
