    Nice build. Something i always thought about doing, just never got some around to.
    How do you filter dirt from the run off from clogging the pump? Also how do you stop algae growth when it's recycled in the pan?

      THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT, YOUR COMMENT JUST COME WHEN I WAS FEELING A LITTLE UPSET.
      And, IN THE PAST I HAVE MADE A DIY CLEANING SYSTEM OF THE WATER BUCKET, THAT IS UNDER THE SOLAR PANNELS. IT IS KIND OF A LONG ROD WITH A MOTORIZED BRUSH AND A SMALL 12V PUMP TO PULL OUT DIRTY WATER FROM THE WATER BUCKET. AND ALSO I CAN PULL OUT THE WATER BUCKET IF I NEED TO.
      NOW I INSTALL TAB FILTERS. I LITTLE MODIFIED THEM. SO NOW DIRT IS NOT A BIG ISSUE.
      (I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY ENGLISH)
      AND THIS IS ABOUT 2 YEARS OF THIS COOLING SETUP. I FOUND THIS TRICK VERY USEFUL. NOW I EXPAND THIS WATER COOLING SYSTEM EVEN MORE. I DID MANY UPGRADES AND MADE IT BETTER THAN YOU SEE IN THAT VIDEO. I ALSO MADE A AUTOMATIC 700 LITERS RAINWATER HARVESTING AND STORAGE SYSTEM BESIDE MY SOLAR POWER SYSTEM. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO UPLOADING THAT VIDEO AS WELL.

    Much better narration with your own voice.
    I'm in Australia and have 3 panels outside to run my tv. I get a 10% power boost by hosting them down at midday but your system looks like a more permanent solution.
    Well done!

      "Thank you so much for your positive feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the narration and found the information helpful. It's awesome to hear about your setup in Australia-utilizing the panels to boost power for your TV is a clever idea! If you have any questions or need more details about the system, feel free to ask. Cheers!"

    in order to get so much gain the temp. coefficient of your panel should be so high and the temp. in your area should be super high like in a dessert?

    • @A-ZEE.
      @A-ZEE. 11 месяцев назад

      actually, I did not live in the desert. I live in a moderate-weather area. this is a solar panel flaw. and there is no certified method to get rid of this flaw. if you have 40 degrees Celsius. the temperature of your solar panel surface will rise up to 65 to 70 degrees Celsius. in the desert, the conditions will be worse.
      if you have seen the complete video the temperature sensor is showing 60 degrees centigrade. but on that day the actual temperature was 38 degrees centigrade. and I am sure you know any temperature higher than 25 for solar panels will affect the solar power output.
      and here comes my cheap power boost idea. I drop the solar panel temperature down to 30 degrees. on a summer sunny day. which led to an 83% power increase. 197 watts to 350 watts. sometimes reach up to 360 watts.

    Would be nice to see it working. How much water does it require adding every 24 hours??

    • @A-ZEE.
      @A-ZEE. Год назад

      @samsewall4153 NICE TO SEE YOU. AFTER 10 DAYS, IT NEEDS 40 to 50 liters of water to maintain its water circulation. Water losses just because of evaporation.
      BUT IT DOES NOT MATTERS, I HAVE 200 GALLONS OF RAIN WATER IN THAT BLUE TANK, WHICH IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR 6 MONTHS. IF THERE IS NO RAIN IN THIS PERIOD. IT TAKES ONLY ONE RAINY DAY TO FILL 200 GALLONS OF WATER TANK.
      And I request you like and share this video. SO MY CHANNEL WILL GROW AND I CAN CONTINUE MY RESEARCH ON THE EFFICIENCY OF SOLAR PANELS.

  • @Utopy34
    @Utopy34 7 месяцев назад +1

    Modern panels lose efficiency at the rate of 0.3%/°C>25. With a panel temperature of 70°C you should lose (70-25) * 0.3 = 13%. Instead you are losing almost 50% which means your panels are either old, broken or just bad. With decent panels, connecting a 25W water pump to make up for the 36W loss (10% of 360Wp) is obviously not worth it. I will also remind people that hosing down a very hot panel with cold water will instantly break it since it's partially made of glass. It's a cool school project don't get me wrong but it's unpractical and isn't worth it at all.

      So you challenged my all research + thinking + work
      I prefer you should have a brief debate with me on this matter. And I challenged you, in the end, you will find out we can not even BOOST 70 to 80 % but 200 to 300 % without doing any kind of damage to SOLAR panels.
      You sound like a typical SOLAR INSTALLER, who is only concerned with his profit and sale.
      Come on accept my challenge kid, let's have a live debate on this matter on RUclips.
      And I also know now you won't reply to me back.

      @@A-ZEE. Oh yeah I'm definitely challenging your claim that everyone will get a 300% increase in production by simply water-cooling the front face of a solar panel with a hose. You are getting abnormally good results because your solar panels have a very very bad heat tolerance. Try that again with a cheap 400wp TrinaSolar panel, you'll not even lose 10% at 70°C. What I'm basically saying is that it's much cheaper and easier to buy a decent solar panel than to water-cool a shitty one. But hey, if it works for you it's great! ;)

      @@Utopy34 WOW! I WAS NOT EXPECTING YOU REPLAY, BUT YOU ARE GREEDY SOLAR INSTALLER.
      WHY DON'T YOU AGREE ON LIVE DEBATE ON THIS TOPIC?
      AND YEAH YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO BUY THE BEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE SOLAR PANELS, BUT 95 % OF THE WORLD DONT EVEN AFFORD TO BUY EVEN "B" GRADE SOLAR PANELS. YEAH, PEOPLE LIKE YOU CAN BUY PREMIUM QUALITY SOLAR PANNELS WITH AN EFFICIENCY RATE OF 27 TO 35 %,
      THE SOLAR PANNELS YOU SEE IN THE VIDEO HAVE 17% EFFIENCY.
