Came across this guy on RUclips. Never watched the voice or any talent show . I made a comment before which I deleted stating as good as this guy is, the music industry will see him as too old. The more I listen to Kevin's version of this song, the more I want to listen to it. Its keeps getting better and better. I just can't get enough of this. Replay button on forever. Kevin makes it so special, so emotional. My soul, heart and brain are in heaven. When I listened the song on the show I was in love, but kind of agreed with Will I Am and Boy about the song choice. I thought that Kevin could sing something else to show his powerful voice, but after a listened the song a couple of more times I just can't believe that another song can make me feel so much. Kevin and Ricky went for emotion and I think they nailed it!

I doubt that he or BG would change their minds, but 'hey' that is why we are different and we appreciate different things in a performance. I am just glad that somebody feels the way I do about Kevin's performance. I really hope to see him as a winner.

Considering the blind auditions are meant to block out the judges' opinions of 'voice vs image', he does seem to like the look of people more than how they sound (proof is when he HAD to settle for the final contestant last year because he hung on too long, and it backfired cos he was left with the worst contestant in the series). I got the impression that BG and Will were a little envious so they were more than a little unfair with some of their comments. I despise judges on any show when they say "I liked it, BUT..." I've yet to hear Ricky say such a thing about anyone's performance. He's too classy for that kind of claptrap! Anyway, makes no odds because you and I know who should be the winner ;)
