So pretty much if u have this device installed in older truck and decide u want to buy a new truck, the minute u put it in a different truck it becomes ELD?!

i think he said that you have to call them so they can do an update on device about your new truck witch you want to switch, in case if has problems they can try to fix it , if not possible new device will be ELD
