Transformers Shadow Rising - Standalone loader (Arcade PC)

I'm using a mouse in this video so up and down button don't work. DemulShooter is needed for that. If you have a light gun, you're good.
The loader is just booting the game, and does not handle the above inputs but it does have mouse controls.

Did you manage to use the mouse or the gamepad with this loader? If so, can you explain how? I can boot the game with the loader but controls dont work... Only with lightgun perhaps??
