    For future reference the top of those jacks can be operated manually. Just need to remove the rubber cover on the nut.

    • @ShukenFlash
      @ShukenFlash 10 месяцев назад +20

      This. They take a 3/4' socket which is also the same as the crank for the trailer jacks.

      Also lots of them get power through the trailer light plug. So plug it in and turn on your running and headlights as it could be wired to either of those

    • @bruceleealmighty
      @bruceleealmighty 10 месяцев назад +4

      I knew someone would have gotten to this before me. Most of these jacks are as advertised, but a few have some wonky differences. So far, all can be manually operated some way. The differences in my case have been the older versions before standardization I suppose. Thing is the older type are much more robust and nearly never break.

    Good job guys. Last time my wife and I were in Hatch was in 82. On our honeymoon in my 61 F100 with a crank up slide in camper. On our way from Bryce to Zion IIRC. Stopped in the store and my keychain broke as I got out of the truck. So I picked up a keychain for Hatch Rodeo. Carried that for many years. So I remembered the place more than I would have otherwise. I like that country.
