I feel like you can skate anything. But also says another message: It's more about how much effort you put on it than the equipment itself. You're awesome dude
They're UHMW, durability will not be an issue. Under typical use they will outlast several sets of frames and a few pairs of boots. Back in the Night days we routinely saw plates outlasting boots, even with many of them being Salomons (which usually lasted longer than most other boots due to their superior materials). Actually I partially retract the statement about durability not being an issue: having a UHMW backslide CAN have durability issues, but in the opposite way 😄 Your boot groove wears soooo much slower than the molded frame that it can be difficult to get a matched/broken-in groove going. So with a UHMW backslide, your out-of-the-box groove shape and alignment actually becomes much more important, because it won't really "break in" like a molded backslide would. Also, your backslide angle will gradually lessen (get lazier) through the lifespan of the frame, because the frame groove will deepen much faster than the boot groove, changing the geometry of your backslide "triangle".
I'm sure it would be a little time consuming for the swap, but the scientist in me would like to see you trying the Angled and stock soles back to back in same sesh so you're testing them in the same conditions. And counterbalance the sole order for tricks (swap soles a couple times so that some tricks are done with Angled soles first, and other, possibly similar tricks, are done with stock first).
For 400 dollars they better turn me into Chris Haffey
Haffey is already in your game… just haven’t unlocked him yet. Gonna need some Remz tho.
Lol I agree that price tag is insane
That was my goal with my fm3s... well didnt go exactly as planned lmao 🤣

Great vid dude looking forward to hopefully meeting you and Sam at clash
time for a negligent amount of cess slides for a durability test
Regardless of the price, appreciate the input on the product! They seem pretty sweet
Hope USD licenses the tech and puts it on the Aeons before I'm too old to skate!

Never in a million years would I buy them for $400. Them 909 replacement soul plates are $60.
do they come with a lifetime supply of Tris Knees?
You should start skating in a sweet tricorn hat.
Need to take them to the park with huge horseshoe ledges
Lewisville
Hmm... I think these should be called "edge souls".
The price point is just not worth it I'd rather not be able to hold the grind as long
I'm a certified hater, that price tag is offensive
A normal plate..... nothing New in The world.....
