Damn, i did not expect that. First of all, we technically call those chin ups.. but you're doing amazing. Shoulders seem to be in place, i can tell you properly contract your upper back, your body tension is basically perfect in this hollow position and you're descending exactly at the speed you're supposed to. This is a rare sight, given the circumstances. You're either a natural or working on this and similar movements for quite some time now. Full pull ups are next 🔥
Thanks, I can do regular pull ups but they were hard. I figured this was a fun way to get stronger to make them easier. Or maybe I mean chin ups? I have been doing chinups or pull ups since grade school. Thanks for your kind words.
