I've never chased kpop idols before but have had mad luck bumping into them randomly!! On the very very very last day of a trip to Korea many years ago, I was damn sad cos I never saw any idols. But then at the airport I had a wtf moment cos I was p sure I saw some Miss A members. But i was super shocked and stood there stupidly and they passed by. Then by some weird twist of fate, i had some issues boarding and ended up one of the last to board my plane and guess what... miss A were boarding the same plane at the same time!!! They were flying to SG for a private event and I managed to say hi and they were rly sweet. 2nd time was this year. I was in melbourne and a family friend brought us to some random restaurant. Suddenly I see a lot of guys with bright hair and black masks getting up from their table... super indicative of kpop idols and it was stray kids when they were in Melbourne for their concert. I managed to say hi to IN and bangchan. They denied a photo as they didnt have makeup on, and I respected it. Chan even made the effort to wave bye again as they left the restaurant, and I saw felix who looked SUPER happy to be back in australia :)
SM stans! Tip: Cheongdam SUM Cafe has higher chance of seeing! I saw WayV and NCT there! SM Apgujeong Rodeo Training / Information Centre rarely has anyone UNLESS they are recording songs or training, and I met Red Velvet's Irene there as well~ COEX Artium has low chance unless they're filming but as of now, nothing.
