Hi! Late response, but that's because the customer asks for less ice, or in rare cases, no ice. The drinks are all the same volume, the volume just looks different because of the amount of ice, and I believe she is not allowed to fill more for a drink with less ice declared by her company as it's basically giving more volume of the drink for free.
For some big-sized drinks, it's originally an order for a small-sized drink with whipped cream and the customer requests for a sealing for the drink. Technically, you can't seal a small-sized drink with whipping cream on top and covered by the cap that comes with a hole on top, so Vely puts the drink in a big cup and puts the whipping cream on top before sealing the drink. So it's basically and simply a small drink with whipping cream, just sealed!
Make it according to the prescribed recipe! Drinks included too! A customer ordered an iced drink! Complaints come in when drinks aren't cold! There are many drinks with a warm base! So make the base thick and add a lot of ice!! Thank you so much for watching my video today!🤍
am I the only one who gets a bit annoyed when she doesn't fill the xl cups all the way and leaves a big space? like at that point the customer should be paying for a large instead 😬
If a customer asks for a small amount of ice, the amount of ice is missing! And it's originally a standard size cup, When you feel like you have a little bit left over, put it in a big-size cup. When that happens, it can look empty. Likewise, when sending it for delivery, it may look empty when you put it in a large cup for sealing!
