You can find plastic zippers on 1983 or 84 models on the collar, plastic zippers on the Front 1986 to 1991, 89 and 91 models are always with plastic zippers Front and collar, there is a very rare model from Golden Mfg. Co. Inc. from 1989

Can you Please tell me all the manufacturs that had contracts with the gouverment to make m65 jackets (parka's)?

There were more than 50 of them.The most famous Alpha Industries, Inc., John Ownbey Company, So-Sew Styles, Inc.

I am searching for a 1991 American Apparel Inc. in Small Regular, but i can only find big sizes from 1991 MR, LR, LL and XLR, i have a 1989 So-Sew Styles Inc. Small Regular

Hm.. I don't understand why there are OG-107 jackets from 1986 to 1991 ..
From 1983 the troops were equipped with Woodland camouflage.
what else were they produced for?

For different climatic zones and weather conditions. They were also in Desert (3 color and a bit 6 color) camouflage. And Universal camouflage later.

I thought they were made for the Air Force because they still wore OG-107 uniforms in the late 80s. It doesn't make sense why they would issue green jackets to troops in woodland uniforms because it doesn't blend in as well.

No. They are mostly used in 1967-1972
