I finished google's UX course. Yes, the paid version. But being able to watch this video first gave me insight into whether or not I wanted to do it. To those who want to save their $150-400, I'll say the videos is 70% of what the google course has to offer. As long as you follow along and try out your own case studies, you're not missing much. Those who want to pay will get reading resources, practice problems and examples, and a cute sticker to put on their linkedin at the end.
Before I made up my mind to go for UX Design as a new career path for me it wasn't easy. It took me weeks to decide if I really want UX as an architect that has practiced for more than a decade. And also have a background in graphics and applied art. I came across other videos but weren't satisfied until I stumbled on this one. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much sir, this very useful video also it contains every information. I like to say this complete video for who is beginning to UX design. i did not see ever this kind of online video, it makes me to sit 3 hours without taking any break, I am really happy, Thank you so much..
Thank you for providing this course in less time. 3 hours to 7 months is a lifesaver for me. Also, this course is included in a $39 month Coursera subscription.
This is my first time reading about UX design concepts and i really found it very important for someone to explore further. The tutorial is well presented and easy to follow. Thank you for the efforts which are really appreciated.

Oh yes, I agree..you tend to only notice bad designs, not good ones. To be fair when it's bad it tends to create barriers and visible frustrations! I notice that as a designer, it feels extra good when you experience good design.
User center design - because user buy and use product and we need to solve problems user have.. Not personal. Understand - specify - design - evaluate. First understand the product and specify which is the most problem to solve by the user, then design and evaluate if design solve for user. Here iteration is key. It means going again from previous version and making tweaks. For eg : Google photo. Framework: created a basic structure that focus and support the problem you are trying to solve. 5 elements fw ( to turn idea to working product)and design thinking fw. 5 elt : strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, surface Strategy: needs and business goal are discussed. Scope : feature and content included in product Structure: how to organise design and how user interact. Universal, inclusive and equity focused design
