@@OhrionReacts Legit, the entire album of Black Parade is one of the best rock albums I've ever heard. I listened to the CD on repeat when it came out as an early 20's guy. You might recognize some of the major hits from it (they had a lot) but there are other songs on it that are equally as good that never got videos, etc. It's an adventure.
i would LOVE a black parade album reaction or something. the guitar work is so good and the whole album is legendary. three cheers is still my favorite album by them though

Awesome reaction! I got my 14yr old (who's obsessed with MCR) tickets on his bday for he and I to go see them in Cincinnati. First time seeing MCR for both of us, and his very first concert! Tickets were ridiculous and we don't have great seats but who tf cares haha it's My Chem! We're so stoked! My Chem really helped him before and after his suicide attempt back in November. They helped me after my first attempt many moons ago. This will not only be an incredible bonding trip and experience but healing for the both of us too... It's definitely bittersweet!
I first found the black parade when I found house of wolves and from that song I listened to the whole album, loved it front to back, then a couple years later I found three cheers for sweet revenge(couldn't stop listening to it till I memorized it lol) fantastic album then like 6 years later I found out they had another album before those two... it then became my favorite album of the three(not the best but my favorite) and I thought that nugget of gold, after danger days of course(which is decent) was the last time I'd experience discovering another God tier piece of music from then again. I thought "I lived through their prime and never even knew it" then they dropped this and if they make an album like this, it has potential(imo) to take the throne as my favourite album. And not saying it will or won't but to stop making music for that long then make this banger unannounced is just absolutely incredible. These guys are veterans and made emo mainstream and they're looking to do it again so it would seem. Loved the reaction tho and the honesty! Keep it up!

I disagree, in opinion it is one Hell of a comeback for being gone for 8 years, I am not a super fan either. But, I think it was a very good song, it is also one of the song that the more you listen to the more you like it. Love your vids btw

I love this track, but it feels like this (even being 6 minutes long) is a teaser to what the album will be both with some aggression and some vibey tunes. I could see this being an intro track to the album that leads into a lot.
Glad you got to this my man. I know people complain about the mixing, and I suppose I can see that argument, but I honestly don't mind. Same as with Lorna Shore. Maybe it's because I don't come from a technical standpoint 😂 hopefully their future releases are more your taste though 🙂
I get more haunting than chill, spooky even. Not in a halloween way. I mean like he witnessed 9/11 and spoke in the lyrics about Towers Falling and the foundations rotting, yet people living in the rubble. Again, haunting.

Honestly from someone (me) who felt mcr was kinda overrated back in the day just cause I was listening to other bands but they had good songs just nothing for me to get over excited about plus I grew up more on the metal side more than having a full emo phase but with them coming back like this to me it’s real interesting cause I’ve never really heard such a breakdown from mcr or similar bands plus (no more MGK needed right? 😂) but honestly I think you just gotta take a few more listens and you’ll see where they might be going for coming back into the scene cause if I’m being honest this along with one other song are the only mcr songs I actually have on repeat every little while
I feel others will Definitely feel the same, but hey! I know the big MCR fans will love it. Still to early to tell... different approach coming back. Still excited to see what they do next

I’m not a my chemical guy but I can appreciate their work and they definitely changed metal for the better.
