I think they don’t want to mislead fans with different cultural backgrounds, who might interpret their act of natural caring for each other as being intimate. No matter what relationship they have, let’s respect their privacy and allow them to figure out the best way for themselves as they are still very young and learning how to navigate life and the sudden fame.
A couple of the year should not be like this, nor should be the millions following be so hard minded. Couples hug and hold hands here there and even in THAILAND. They show their love in different ways without prejudice, they go to the Pride Parade and never hide, they enjoy life together. But it seems nothing looks that way. It is not hate or toxic comments that hurts, it´s not willing to see what is in front of your freeking eyes.

Relax it's not that big of a deal. Besides be glad they are still working side by side, it's hard to maintain the friendship they having whilst working their asses off to keep those overzealous fans satisfy. It's tiring.
