Basic Tenets of Hinduism are 3 fold- Vedaadyatvam- acceptance of vedas
Karma-sammatam, belief in karma- Dharma artha kaama moksha and cycles of birth and rebirth
Atma-paramaatvatmam- belief in existence of atman and paramaatman
Freedom of choice is to choose your path for moksha as prescribed in Bhagavadgita or Brahmasutra
For karmayoga one can follow shanmathas- saurya, ganapatya, Skanda, shaakta, shaiva, vaiashnava
3 acharyas differ only in their explanation for atman and paramaatman

There was a bunch of people in north west who took exception to some of our practices, and reached canaan. They were called अब्राह्मण that is how the term abrahamic came, and then the name abraham came. So a lot of their culture and practices, like rosary/माला came from Bharat only. Please discuss that also sometime.

Yes, vedas believe in Brahm. Therefore, those who were opposed to the idea for some reason started calling themselves followers of A-Brahm. Slowly, this changed to Abraham and many fake mythological stories developed around this name, which furthered the cult. What kind of half baked knowledge. I am not sure if you are noting the counter points as well. They are not discussed as they are simply not aware. Definitely Nilesh Oak Ji brings very good Sanathan points, it is good in terms of bringing awareness and for serious people the expertise is simply negligence. I have heard all these points in pravachan and lots of interactions with many satsangs and expert discussions, only good news is these are now made public in these SM channels.
Then, it is the arrogance of not even looking at the counters and staying with absolute false propaganda narratives in the name of supporting the Sanathan Dharma and narratives is the biggest concern.
We are the only living breathing civilisation surviving on this earth today, all other civilisations have all been destroyed...and the west is working at destroying it....we have to decide & work to keep it eternally alive . Sanjay ji, you are best placed to help.

The basics about Sanatan Dharm as I understand them are given below.
1. Hindutva (meaning Hinduism in Sanskrit) is a regional identity that encompasses the entire Greater South Asia from Afghanistan to Cambodia, also known as Akhand Bharat. The basic philosophy of Hindutva is that we are the same people with the same culture, despite a significantly percentage of people having been converted to Christianity and Islam. That is the basic philosophy of the BJP and RSS, which are demonized by people who don't understand them and compare them erroneously to Al Qaida and Nazis.
2. Unlike Christianity and Islam which say that my God is the right one and everyone else worships false Gods, Sanatan Dharm says that Ishwara (Universe (Maya, all material things that change with time) + Consciousness, known as Atma / Brahman, do not change with time) is the Supreme and you may call it by different names including Father + Son + the Holy Ghost or Allah or Vishnu, Shiv, Bramha, Bhagwan etc. You may not even consider the Ishwara as a magical thing, but rather a cold scientific thing (you call yourself an atheist or agnostic) and that's fine too. One may interpret this truth about the universe as one wants.
3a. Since the Universe is essentially star dust, so are we made of star dust. Therefore, it is like inside us too Brahman resides. If we are able to realize this fact that we are one with the Supreme, we can attain Moksha. More about this later.
3b. We are essentially nothing but consciousness (atma). We interact with the universe through different bodies in different lifetimes. When the body dies, we (as part of the universal consciousness or Brahman / Parmatma) move onto another body. Basically, a foetus gains new life force / consciousness and becomes a living thing.
3c. Moksha can be attained through meditation wherein you try to still your mind to get rid of fear, greed, anger, ego, anxiety and jealousy. These are emotions of the mind (of the body that you, the atma, is in). Once you still your mind to such an extent, you can realise that you are indeed part of the greater consciousness (Brahman), and this realization is called Moksha. This meditation and contemplation is called Raja Yoga. Also necessary to attain Moksha are Bhakti Yoga (you have to show full commitment to calm your mind, also called Shraddha), Karma Yoga (do good deeds without expecting anything in return) and Jnana / Gyaan Yoga (attain knowledge of Self / Atma and know what you need to do to attain Moksha).
Once you attain Moksha, your mind reaches a state of eternal bliss. Your satisfaction no longer depends on external things, because from your very core, you are eternally happy. You, the Atma, has realized through this cosmic experience that you are part of the Brahman / Paramatma.
3d. There is no concept of heaven or hell and the atma doesn't wander around the earth like shown in horror movies 🙂. Atma is just part of the larger all pervading consciousness (Parmatma / Brahman), like the branch of a tree. There is the concept of Indra lok and Pataal lok but those concepts are different from heaven and hell.
4. Bramha (the creator), Vishnu (the maintainer) and Shiva (the destroyer) are merely the 3 aspects of the Universe (Brahman), which is that stars, planets and lifeforms are constantly created, they live and then they die (get destroyed).
5. Krishna and Ram are just two avatars of Vishnu, meaning they are extraordinary humans who attained Moksha. As mentioned in #2, Vishnu is just another name for Ishwara. Anything magical that are included in stories is purely allegorical with the intention of explaining the triumph of good over evil. We have always strongly admired and respected (also called worshipped) people or things who have been symbols of good or usefulness, such as the Indian cow (Nandi), earth (Dharti mata), Ganga mata (water) etc.
6. Indra (Devta of Lightning), Agni (Devta of Fire), Saraswati (Devi of Knowledge), Laxmi (Devi of Wealth), Durga / Parvati / Shakti / Kali (Devi of Strength) etc are nothing but the various aspects of the universe and of our life. All life is sacred and all aspects of the Brahman are to be respected. They are not some entities in the sky who wield magic. As you can probably understanding already, Sanatan Dharm is about nature worship.
7. Atma (mentioned in 3b above also) is nothing but the consciousness that makes star dust into a living creature, and once a person or animal or plant dies, the body goes back to the earth, the life force or consciousness just goes to a different lump of star dust called a foetus (can be animal foetus or human foetus, there is no distinction) 🙂. And on and on continues the cycle of rebirth, called Samsara.
8. Karma is nothing but "as you sow, so shall you reap". Jaisa karoge, waisa bharoge. Work hard, do good, do not look for results because they will follow as a result of your hard work or good actions. Before you are able to attain Moksha in your current life, your karma sanchita (paap kaa ghada) has to go to zero, there should be no agami karma (no further paap) and your prarabdha (consequences of your past paap) has to be faced in your current life itself.
9. Also, Sanatan Dharm talks about 33 koti of Devis and Devtas. Koti has 2 meanings: crore and type. In this instance, it means 33 types of Gods and not 330 million Gods. As mentioned above, there are various aspects of the Brahman that we worship and those aspects are categorized into 33 types.
You can think about the Brahman is the tree and the branches of the tree as the Devis, Devtas and all of us.
10. When we worship idols, we basically show our respect for those aspects of the Brahman for which the idol stands. As I mentioned previously, each Devi / Devta and her / his idol is essentially an aspect or aspects of the Brahman and not a physical entity.
11. Ishwara is actually a multi-verse + consciousness rather than a Universe + consciousness, but that is too complex to state it here. Each Universe has its own Brahma, Vishnu and Shiv. There are infinite such universes (multi-verse). Ishwara has no beginning and no end. It has been there forever and will be in existence forever. 12. In Sanatan traditions, moksha is a central concept and the utmost aim of human life; the other three aims being dharma (virtuous, proper, moral life), artha (material prosperity, income security, means of life), and kama (pleasure, sensuality, emotional fulfillment). Together, these four concepts are called Puruṣārtha.
13. To put it succinctly: Sanatan Dharm is panatheistic / monistic in nature. All is Ishwara and Ishwara is All (We don't use to word God, which is a Christian concept. You can consider it something magical or just a scientific fact, as stated before). It is not monotheistic or polytheistic. Everyone is part of the Ishwara and all around us is the Ishwara. So, when we say all World is one family (Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam), this is what we are referring to. So, if you wonder why India went and helped Turkey although Turkey is inimical to India, this is the reason.

@@N9745H8 In Islam there is the concept of only one lifetime after which you go to jannat or jahannum. In Sanatana Dharma, the concept is that you are the consciousness / life force, you are not the body. So, once your body dies, the consciousness takes on another body, which could be a human or any other life form. Over your various lives, whatever good or bad you do, you get joy or punishment for those actions, sometime or the other, not necessarily in that same lifetime of the body that you might have when you do those actions. So, yeah, there is full accountability.
There is no concept of heaven and hell as the final destination.
Early Americans, as you see in cowboy movies, spat all over the place. They also were chewing tobacco and had spittoons. The chewing of tobacco was stopped, they got educated in hygiene and they stopped spitting. Prevalence of TB and pan eating habit with no studies in hygiene given to the population by the looter rulers, deprived Bharathia the chance to civilize.😂

📌 (1) Making a complicated memory.
What we need to eat is the food that has consciousness and life. Only such foods help us to make soft memory. Food items with "witness" and consciousness only create complicated memory in us. If the memory in us is complicated, the mind won't listen to what the mind says. What would be the situation if two drivers sit and drive the vehicle at the same time in a vehicle, that would happen to a person with complicated memory. Intelligence won't obey what the mind says, and the mind won't accept what the mind says. Due to this, anxiety, depression, confusion, short temper, Lifestyle diseases, lack of sleep, dissatisfaction with anything are some of the phenomena happening among us till global warming.
📌(2) *Having to bear the karma of that creature*.
Any living being is born to complete his life and leave here. Just like humans, these creatures also have life, witness and consciousness. All the karma results of a living being's birth and births are recorded in the witness. When we kill and eat it half way through, we are bearing its karma. Moments before any creature dies, its witness opens. The karma effects of that creature will spread to all cells. There is no need to drink all the water in the sea to know the taste of sea water. Even if you eat a small piece, the entire karma of that creature will come to us. This whole life is not enough for us to experience our own karma, so just think about the situation when we have to bear the karma of other living beings.
📌 (3) *We get no benefit from an object that is being digested*
Many people find it difficult to use the word "ceremony", but try asking yourself if it's true. Even if we die, it is called "dead body". So if any creature loses its life, it is a "corpse". If life is lost, the next moment the bacteria will start working and it will begin to decay. What benefit do we get from an object that is decaying like that? "There is no benefit other than that the karma of that creature will come to us. And a complicated memory too”.
📌*(4) Would it be good to eat something that is difficult to touch with hands or smell with nose? *
Now, before cooking and eating, think about our approach to them... Whether it is in the fish market or in the slaughterhouse, or in the supermarkets where you can get nicely packed, covering your nose, keeping it away from your palm, bringing it with other things without spoiling, then go home and clean it thoroughly, wrap it with good spices and chillies so as not to understand its smell and oldness, and finally after eating, clean your hands with a good soap. Would it be good to eat something that is hard to touch with hands or smell with nose? The universe itself is showing us that we are not good for anything. Clean the outside with soap, mouth wash can be used, what to do with the thing that went inside?

📌*(5) That creature's mentality, emotion-thoughts all cause changes to the ozone level. *
There is nothing bigger than its own soul. When someone closest to us dies, we don't sacrifice our lives with them even if they say how dear they are to us. So our lives are the most important for us too. No creature will happily ask me to kill and eat me. The mentality, emotion-thoughts of that creature cause changes even to the ozone level. They know it when we think of killing a creature. Unlike us, they understand the language of the universe. The universe has no difference between humans and animals. Everything is the same. Do we give a baby to kill just because we have 10 children? Can we tolerate if a finger of our children is cut? If you want to know their pain, you have to cut our body parts and try it. The universe will never bless those who commit such a great sin.
📌*(6) Poor mute insects curse and universe curse. *
Won't the death of the needy haunt us for the rest of our lives? Will the universe have any mercy on us who kill and eat a bunch of children of the universe? No god/teacher will bless. Killed, ate, ate, compassion and humanity are gone. The curse of the poor silent creatures and the curse of the universe will never give us peace of mind.

From the moment they know that they will be cut, all the knowledge they have received from this universe will be selflessly transmitted to nearby vegetation and become inactive. Then he will sacrifice himself for our selfishness and end his life. Thus, nothing made from wood will give us happiness.
When cutting a tree, there was a method of asking permission from them and cutting them down for our needs. For that we need to understand the language of the universe. Thus, when a tree is cut down and used without completely destroying it, we can see the tree sprouting on its own from the left.
In Ayurveda, our sages had a method of asking for permission of plants by looking at the time and season when picking medicines. If we also start living in this universe selflessly, it is possible to know and understand the emotions of all the creatures in this universe in the same scope and depth.
📌 Now the next question will be whether you are eating rice or eating beans. *Every birth has its own purpose. The foods we consume are taking us to their next level of life. * To understand all this properly, we should live in the universal religion without the complicated memory in us. So the universe will only bring food in front of us that are worthy of eating.
📌 If we count the way we see today, we don't need endless things to live. * If our micro-body is activated, we too can live by receiving energy and immunity directly from the universe. * The universe itself will tell us what to eat and what not to eat. Then we won't even have a question or doubt.

Hindu word originates as pre condition of mind before becoming Arya . It has nothing to do with following any "dictate " of any book like abrahmic religions thus Hindu , Arya or dharmics have no connection with any religion .
Spritulity and belief in brahmann or "param atma " trickled down to "6 ishwars" to "bhagwans " is very subjective and weather you accept the existsnce of such being or not dose not Rob you away from..becoming a "hindu" or "Arya "or "dharmic". In ancient times there wear 16000 jatis based on "gotra "which wear mainly used to assess mental and physical status not society status and wear used even during the treatment of Ayurveda.
In ramyan , mahabharat you will read xyz jati but non will read brahmin , khashtriya , vaishya or shudra . Only when thease epics talk about verna they say brahmin or KHSHATRIA.
