This was very informative and sounds doable. If I could though, I would hire someone for the computer side of the job. I like creating the art but get stressed doing the computer stuff.

Hello! Thanks for this tutorial. Is it possible to digitize your artwork by using any other programs besides Photoshop for those of us who do not have access to it? Thanks in advance!

Try Photopea. It's a free alternative.

Hello this is a great video! Thank you! I have an important question. As the scanner that you are using is quite expensive I wondered if an older version would still produce a professional result? For example Epson perfection 3170?

Thank you for the useful video! Im curious: I am writing a book were I will include illustrations I have painted myself. My firth though were to use a high resolution printer to ensure 300 DPI, but now that I know you can change the image size in photoshoop I am wondering if this will work or not:
    1. Take photos in good light with my iphone 13 - resolution 3024 x4032, PPI 72
    2. Use photoshoop to change image size to PPI 300
    3. Use this files in my book, which I will make in InDesign
I am a total newbie to both photoshoop & InDesign to this might not be an option - Do you think it would work or am I missing something?

Can you licence your art/design to different stores? Some e-commerce sites want exclusivity, they do no want the same design to be selling on another site.

So I have a Epson v19 scanner. I have scanned some 5x7 pieces of waterpaper with some circle watercolor designs on them. I wanted to turn them into cards. However, I noticed many that I scanned the colors are very different. Does this happen a lot?

I'm currently in the market to invest in a scanner to digitize. When I clicked on the link for the epson scanner, it says it's for windows, not windows and mac, but Jenna seems to be using a Mac. I'm wondering if you'd be able to tell me if I should go for it, or if there's additional work to set up since it's mac.

I'm trying out the magic eraser, but it only removes the paper texture where there's no painting. Anyone else has this issue?

How do you protect your work from being stolen by big companies? How does an artist protect themselves? I've watched numerous artists with a huge amount of followers and presence get stolen from, even with copyright on every piece. Some artists have made the news with stories of their work being stolen and the story always ends without answers. Even if they threaten copyright infringement companies in foreign countries know that there is really nothing that the artist can do.
