Both exterior and interior of the arena have been changed to get it modernized. The capacity for Basketball can be minimum from 16, 000 to 25, 000 (if standing area above the arena are included). Although, as for today, the arena still doesn't have lounge suites. For the commentator, I have no idea since, it's not our language or one of the dialects here in the Philippines.

Yugoslavia was World No.1 in 1990., 1998. and 2002 (Sept. in USA), 1994. being banned to participate. Up to 1990 this was 20 - 22 million people State, after that 6 - 7 million (from 2006. known as Serbia). So if You want to compare ability for sport You could choose one or smallest of USA States for base. Yugoslavia and Serbia were never using foreing players for national Team.

Actually it was forward Aleksandr Belov who made the shot. Sergei played guard. Aleksandr died a few years later.
