The lift is set up by taking Max/AK and holding them at shoulder level. The weight is then pressed overhead.And in my thought AK won this one.Which is why i suggest this challenge for AK actually. To see how strong she acctually is.👌

Great video guys. Hard to say who won… Max you definitely went longer, but AK showed of some nice strength by squatting you multiple times and very deep ones too. Next video should be a piggyback squat challenge. Who can do more, I will have to go team AK for that one
Overhead lift is like a lift from dirty dancing or a gorilla press in wrestling.
an overhead lift is very difficult to do, I probably suggest trying a lift from under the arm or grab from the waist

I suggest looking at wrestling overhead lifts, if one person is standing on a table or couch the other person can get underneath them and put arms up in air then the person on couch will lie across their arms and boom lift overhead

For a Girl AK has really strong abs and legs! really good looking. maybe you can try to lift the other in cradle from the ground, sit down on a chair and stand up and sit down...who is able to get more up and downs has won :-)
