Oh I kept thinking of this topic and your good clothes, fine China, fancy jewelry, I was raised and I raised my kids with don’t save things for “ some day” use and enjoy in the now. It can lift my mood to wear that party dress, to wear that special jewelry, every weekend we used the good China and silver… I don’t mean not to take care of it, yes take care of expensive art supplies, and use them. Enjoy Life in the now. Tomorrow might never come…
@@scribble_with_meand how do we learn to use the “ good” supplies if we don’t practice with using them? If that makes sense . I mostly works with glass and some colors of glass are very expensive due to needing gold to make like reds, pinks, purple… only way to become comfortable with using these colors is by using them
Donate them to a hospital Therapy group . They really appreciate them because budgets are very tight .
Great idea!

Totally agree!
the real waste is to NOT use your supplies…. or so i keep trying to remind myself 😹
I absolutely agree!!! The “good” supplies that sit in the drawer in pristine condition. I cry for those supplies begging to be used. ❤️

This is so true! All the different supplies work differently and only practicing with them allows us to fully understand them.
