Fred bear doesn't spawn you can spawn him. You can spawn him yourself by putting withered golden Freddy to 1 and get 10 coins on cameras then go to prize corner and buy the death coin and keep going on your cameras until you see him and use it on him and you get a jump scare by Fred Bear Bonus: Once you get the death coin you will an hat on your table.
Fredbear is not part of Dee Dee/XOR roast. You can summon him only by using the Death Coin on Golden Freddy when he is the only animatronic and is on difficulty lvl 1
Also fredbear can only spawn if golden freddy is on 1 difficulty, is the only character on, and you death coin him. Resulting in a jumpscare. He has to be on 1 difficulty or else the death coin is useless. I’ve actually made a quick short showing golden freddy being death coined.
