Not quite like the fruit bushes do but you can tap every 8hrs in garden (I think) for a blessing tree and eggs/nest

me when close to got high level : merge 3 = 1 then i merge 5 = 2
then i merge 3 and repeat that again!

Nice! There’s no fast way lol merging up items will increase it over time particularly with high level items.
