Fir kuch samay baad baki k 2 chamber me suction hoga yani uska gate/damper khulega aur jiska khula tha vo band ho jayega . Ye sari settings apko apne hisab se karani hai ki kitne sec Tak konse chambers me gate open hoga kisme close aur usi hisab se purging bhi set Kiya jata hai.
@@superfaststudyexperiment 1-2 doubts aur hai clear kr dijiye sbse pehle bataye k agar koi dedusting system k capacity puchta hai iska mtlb kya ID fan k flow k capacity hota hai? dusra poppet cylinder jo outlet damper hota uska function kya upper chamber se air suction kr k ID fan k duct line k through chimney mein bhejna hota hai?third agar pulsing normal nhi hoti jaise ek time pr simultaneously 2 pulsing valve operate ho jaati hai to iska kya reason hai aur isko kaise correct kiya ja skta hai? kyuki is wajah se compressor k outlet pressure down ho jayega to automatically compressor trip ho skta hai.. aur ek chiz agar ID fan k vertical mein vibration bdta hai iska mtlb mechanical loose fitting higi y fir base structure k issue hoga, horizontal mein bdta hai to balancing y fir bearing k clearance k issue hai aur axial mein bdta hai to alignment k problem hai am i right y fir aur bhi kuch karan hote hai?

is this steady flow or static flow? If steady flow then how resistance increases pressure here (n same in case of blood flow) but in case of porous plug pressure gets reduced there? Im way confused , explain sir

Dp= inlet pr - outlet pr, hota hai
Gas ka flow hmesa high pr se low pr ki or hota h, isliye niche chamber me pr high hoga or upr me low.
Exactly....so DP = Pr in Chamber 1 - Pr in Chamber 2; just opposite the way it has been shown in the video! 🤦♂🤦♂

For discharge material RAV is used . Just to stop false air to enter chamber from discharge side.
