Crazy bro my body hurts in bike riding even just going panipat to chandigarh … You gave me motivation I will surely do this one day .Btw How did managed biking gears Did you rent it or bought them .
Start by riding 50 to 100 km on weekends, then gradually increase the distance as you get more comfortable. With time, you can work up to 200-300 km, and eventually, you might even hit 500-600 km in a day. I bought my biking gear right after getting the bike because safety should always come first.
