Her name is Eliza Douglas and is/was a muse of sorts for Demna Gvsalia at Balenciaga and Lotta Volkova who does a lot of styling for Balenciaga along with Russian and Baltic designers. Lotta has also done stuff for more well known designers, brands, and magazines.
