  • The Fog Cutter has been called the Long Island Iced Tiki in the past for its powerful melange of booze that was so strong that the creator, Vic Bergeron, famously would only allow you to in a given night. But our resident bartender Jason O’Bryan believes that comparison sells the drink short. Sure, it’s as boozy as that famous disco-era drink the Long Island Iced Tea, but it’s so much more delicious than that. So in this episode of Cocktails for Grownups, O’Bryan shows how to mix up this cocktail that’s filled with rum, gin, Cognac, orgeat, lemon juice, orange juice, and a floater of sherry.

An absurdly underrated drink. I like to combine Donn and Vic's versions and do a split of Pisco and Cognac for the 1 oz of brandy, livens the drink up a bit.
