Slow smoked pork belly

This slow smoked pork belly is one of the more simpler cooks ive done. Just pop it on the kettle and relax until it is done. We enjoyed this with homemade tortillas and coleslaw and the leftovers i sliced thinly and fried up like bacon with eggs. Delicious! #letshaveacrack
