My vanity was my moms aunts. I never met her but I like that it’s been in my family. I need to redo it though it’s very old and worn.
I definitely had to repaint bc the paint had worn so much. I think it is definitely worth it to fix it. Such a nice memory and nowadays I feel they are hard to find. The drawers still squeak but I don't mind. Hope you get to redo yours. Thanks for commenting!

What an awesome collection and storage you have! I agree, when you can see things you are more likely to use them!
An idea for your new MAC palettes, if you are going to all that effort of taking a photo and using the software to write names...why don't you just print that to the size of the palette and place it over the top of the shadows.. So when you are looking at the palette it will look exactly like the palette but with names. You could even stick it to the clear front panel and it will add another layer of protection to the shadows? Just spitballing here lol.

Ashley Fuller Thank you!!! I have had this vanity forever. It used to be my mom's so its over 45 years old. PB Teen has great vanities. Also Ikea has great ideas for creating a vanity. Sometimes a desk could work as a vanity. Hope this helps!

Kimberly X Nichols I would recommend getting a really cool desk and using that as a vanity. They usually have a ton of storage space. Usually vanities tend to be more pricey but Ikea has great options!
