CONAN TOWN | DETECTIVE CONAN Creator Hometown | Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory | Hokuei, Tottori

Let's visit the hometown of the creator of Detective Conan, Gosho Aoyama. Conan Town in Hokuei-cho, Tottori Prefecture is about 45 minutes away from Tottori Sand Dunes. You can see here statues of the different characters in the anime and manga. In the manga factory, things and characters you see in the manga and anime, including its creator's stuff are also displayed here. Tourists also get to experience some remarkable gadgets and things used in the show.

6:16 I’ve seen this optical illusion before, it’s called oblique (perspective) anamorphosis, where you have to be at the farthest end of the picture in a specific angle to see the outstretched image, the most famous example being “The Ambassadors” a painting from 1533 by Hans Holbein the Younger
