Yes sometimes they don’t show up, unless you Go into the kitchen upgrades (when you open the restaurant bottom left hand says kitchen upgrades) it will take you to the kitchen items you have upgraded, tap on the machine or cooker as if you want to upgrade it, a message should pop up to purchase the machine, I hope this helps
If you rewatch the video I have put which level you need to play to unlock the auto machine, example: fast food court, fry pan unlocks at level 17 etc keep in mind some restaurants don’t have one
